Our Process

Upon arrival, a team member will check you and your pet into one of 

our 4 spacious exam rooms.

Our team will gather information such as:

- reason for your pet's visit

- your contact information

 - pet health history 

- obtain your  pet's  vital signs

- begin the medical record process

Your pet will receive a comprehensive physical examination,  preliminary assessment,  and  treatment  plan developed by our experienced emergency veterinarian.  

We assess patients as they arrive, and all patients will be seen in order of degree of sickness or severity of injury. 

If a treatment or procedure is needed, we will provide an estimate and a clear explanation of our recommendations before we begin.    

Upon completion of your visit, we will EMAIL your regular veterinarian and EMAIL your pet's medical record and discharge instructions.

Our urgent medical examination fee is $140

Emergency or Trauma Exam and Triage: $165

Treatment plans will be estimated after examination.

Payment is due at the time of service.
