No. Urgent and emergency visits are walk-in only. You can come directly to our animal hospital when your pet needs care. If you are able to call ahead, it will help our team prepare, but it is not required.
For specialty services, like acupuncture or chiropractic care, or orthopedic surgeries, please book online using our Book a Specialty Appointment form.
We focus on treating dogs and cats. Our team is equipped to handle a wide range of urgent, emergency, and surgical needs for both.
Urgent care is for conditions that need prompt attention but are not immediately life-threatening, such as vomiting, limping, or ear infections.
Emergency care is for serious or life-threatening situations, including difficulty breathing, collapse, seizures, or major trauma. If you are unsure, it is always best to come in and let our team assess your pet.
We treat a wide range of urgent and emergency concerns, including:

Yes. We perform both emergency and specialty surgeries on-site, including procedures for bloat (GDV), foreign body removal, uterine infections, C-sections, fracture repair, airway issues, and more.
Yes. In addition to urgent and emergency care, we offer:
- Orthopedic surgery (by appointment)
- Acupuncture
- Chiropractic care
These services are scheduled in advance through our specialty appointment booking form.
We are open for walk-in urgent and emergency care:
- Monday–Friday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

We believe in transparent pricing:
- Urgent Exam: $140
- Emergency/Triage Exam: $165
- Poison/Intoxication Exam: $195
An estimate is provided after your pet’s exam so you understand next steps before treatment begins.

If you are able to call, it helps us prepare for your arrival. However, if your pet needs immediate attention, come in right away.
Yes. We send medical records to you and your primary veterinarian after your visit so your pet’s ongoing care stays connected.
